What is the difference between His saying, the Almighty, "rivers flowing from beneath it" and His saying, the Almighty, "rivers flowing beneath it"?

The phrase "تجري تحتها الأنهار" (rivers flow beneath them) appears without the particle "من" (from) in Surat At-Tawbah (definition), Ayah 100. The majority of reciters read "الأنهار" (the rivers) in the accusative case, signifying adverbial usage (of place). However, Ibn Kathir recited it with the addition of "من." Ibn Ashour mentioned that the omission of "من" in this verse is due to the presence of elements that sufficiently convey the emphasis that "من" typically provides in other verses, such as the fronting of the subject and the verb "أعد" (He has prepared). Conversely, its presence in Ibn Kathir's recitation indicates an increased emphasis.
