كيف يمكنني التوبة من ممارسة العادة السرية، وإفطار أيام من رمضان، وممارسة الجنس عبر الهاتف؟

Intentionally breaking the fast in Ramadan is a major sin (kabirah) and requires repentance to Allah and making up for those days. Expiation (kaffarah) is not obligatory except for breaking the fast through sexual intercourse. Repentance is required for masturbation and all other sins. What helps in this regard is changing one's bad environment, associating with righteous people, regularly attending congregational prayers, increasing in remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and supplication (du'a), contemplating Allah's names and attributes, and remembering death and what comes after it.
