Is the answer that God knew what His servants would choose before He created them, and based on that, He created them and destined for each of them what they deserve, considered a correct answer to the question: How is the servant not wronged even though God created his will, choices, and actions?

It is not correct to answer that the choices of individuals were not influenced by creation, because belief in divine decree (qadar) necessitates belief in its four levels: knowledge, writing, will, and creation. The compulsion (jabr) mentioned in the words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah is the compulsion that does not negate the servant's will and choice. Rather, it means that the servant's choice and action are part of Allah's decree. Shaykh al-Islam divided compulsion into two types: a compulsion that does not negate the servant's will (which is acceptable), and a compulsion that makes the servant's action like involuntary actions (which is rejected). The reconciliation between affirming divine decree and the servant's will is a divine secret that minds receive, along with the belief that Allah has a preserved secret in His decree.
