One who has been suckled by his paternal grandmother (his father's mother) becomes her son, his father's brother, and his son's uncle. Consequently, the son's child would be the son of the paternal aunt through suckling, making it impermissible for him to marry her. Fosterage prohibits what lineage prohibits, provided that there are five known sucklings.
