Will a man be rewarded if he permits his wife to observe a voluntary fast?

It is not permissible for a woman to observe a voluntary fast while her husband is present except with his permission, due to the infringement on his right over her. If the husband gives her permission, he will be rewarded for obeying Allah Almighty's command and for assisting in good deeds.
