Is emigration (Hijrah) for the sake of one's religion obligatory for someone living in a society where discord (fitan) has become widespread, given the difficulty of emigrating and living in a country considered to be among the lands of Islam?

In this case, emigration (Hijra) is obligatory if it becomes impossible to outwardly practice and call to the religion. Otherwise, it is obligatory to work for the religion by offering sincere advice and guidance to Muslims. If you lack the knowledge, then limit your efforts to your family, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Let your house suffice you and weep over your sin." You must also strive in acts of obedience and fulfill the obligatory duties, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Worship during times of turmoil is like emigrating with me." Treat people as you would like to be treated, interact with them with good character, and be manifest in upholding the truth.
