What is the ruling on dealing with electronic payment gateway companies that charge a service fee upon collecting money as a percentage of the transferred amount in addition to a fixed amount?

There is no objection to dealing with this company for the mentioned service, as long as the amount due for the service is known to both parties. Dealing with disbelievers in brokerage and delivering messages is permissible if it adheres to the Shariah regulations.
