Is it permissible to wash the deceased if the one washing has not yet reached puberty?

Firstly: Washing the deceased is a communal obligation (fard kifaya).

Secondly: It is not a condition for the washer to be an adult. If a discerning and intelligent child washes the deceased, their washing is valid.
