Is it permissible to appoint a woman as a supervisor over men on internet platforms?

It is not permissible for a woman to assume general public offices such as presidency, governorship, judgeship, or ministry, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Never will a people succeed who appoint a woman to govern them." As for specific, limited private offices, it is permissible for a woman to undertake them, such as a woman supervising a forum or a website exclusively for women. If the website is general for both men and women, and the supervisor's work requires her to contact or meet with men, then it is preferable to avoid that to prevent temptation.
