What is the Sharia ruling on a father registering a rented commercial property in the name of one of his sons, despite the consent of all the sisters, and is this considered an injustice to them?

A father must be just among his children in granting gifts. It is not permissible to single out some of them without a valid reason. If the adult, mature children agree to what the father has done, then it is permissible, provided there is an actual transfer of ownership to the recipients of the gift.
