Is it permissible in Islamic Law for a father to register a property he gifted to his son in the name of the other siblings, and what is the ruling of Islamic Law on this issue?

It is permissible for a father to favor some of his children in giving gifts for a legitimate Shar'i reason, such as illness, disability, or need. This gift is considered effective and becomes the property of the son without the need for official registration. The father is not allowed to revoke the gift if the son has acted upon it by building or altering. Suing the father in this case is not considered disobedience ( uquq), but it is better to seek amicable solutions, such as intervention from people of virtue. If the son's affairs become easy and he sees fit to waive the gift to his father, this is better for preserving affection and gaining Allah's pleasure.
