Does a man's good upbringing of his wife's children atone for his sin of inciting their mother to divorce and working to deprive their father of their custody, especially given that the father neglected his children in retaliation against their mother?

The man violated Islamic law in two matters: his sinful relationship with the woman, which could lead to adultery, and his effort to separate the woman from her husband, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He is not of us who incites a woman against her husband." As for his raising of children and his good deeds, it is a great door of goodness, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, good deeds do away with evil deeds," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Fear Allah wherever you are, and follow up a bad deed with a good one that will erase it." He must also try to seek absolution from the right of the woman's husband, whose rights he infringed upon.
