Am I obligated to ask about everything that preoccupies me so that I can concentrate, and am I sinful if I do not, knowing that I sometimes think about things that are not advisable to pay attention to? And should I live my life without paying attention to the problem of lack of concentration, even if I am predisposed to lack of concentration before doing something? "Allah does not burden you to meticulously inspect everything, nor to inquire about matters that preoccupy you. There is no blame upon you for living your life and using the things you have purchased. So, ease your burden and do not exhaust yourself with what is unnecessary, for chasing illusions increases whispers of doubt."
