It is not permissible for companies and printing presses to place pictures of women on mobile phone recharge cards and the like, due to the degradation and temptation involved. As for the seller of these cards, if the picture is intended by the buyer, it is not permissible to sell them. But if it is not intended and the card is destined for dishonor, then selling it is permissible. The basic principle is that these cards are bought for communication, not for the pictures. It is recommended to erase the picture or buy cards that are free of pictures to contribute to preventing their placement.
