Is it authentically established in the Sunnah that the one being led in prayer (ma'mum) should use a miswak before the prayer with the imam, or is that specific to the imam only?

Using the miswak is a before prayer for everyone, whether an Imam, a congregant (ma'mum), or praying alone, due to the generality of the : "Were it not that I would overburden my nation, I would have commanded them to use the miswak with every prayer."
