Is the meaning of the phrase "with every prayer" in the noble Prophetic Hadith using the siwak when standing in the row for prayer, or during ablution, or before the prayer is established, or while going to the mosque?
The four schools of thought (madhhabs) agree that using the miswak (tooth-stick) is a (prophetic tradition) when performing ablution (wudu'). However, they differ on whether it is one of the sunnahs of ablution itself. The Hanafis, Malikis, and one opinion among the Shafi'is hold that it is a sunnah of ablution.
