Is it permissible for someone suffering from jaundice (yellow fever) to conclude a marriage contract?

The illnesses that must be disclosed to the other party before the marriage contract, and without whose consent the contract is invalid, are: insanity, leprosy, vitiligo, and conditions more severe than these, such as AIDS, and some illnesses specific to women. As for other illnesses, they do not prevent the marriage contract nor do they establish the option to annul the marriage.
