Is it permissible for a Muslim Arab doctor to perform a gynecological examination on a female patient in the presence of a foreign Christian female doctor in a foreign country?

A woman must seek medical treatment from a Muslim female doctor. If none is available, then from a non-Muslim female doctor. If none is available, then from a Muslim male doctor. It is not permissible to go to a male doctor if a female doctor capable of providing treatment is available. The language barrier is not an excuse to violate this order, as it can be overcome by seeking assistance from someone proficient in the language.
