Is it permissible for a man to take his wife to an Arab gynecologist for examination in a non-Islamic country, due to their inability to communicate with a non-Arab female doctor?

If there is difficulty in understanding the female doctor, which prevents achieving the purpose of examination and treatment, and there is no other female doctor available, then there is no harm in seeking a male doctor for the necessary examinations and treatment for the wife.
