The answer

It is not permissible for a Muslim woman to be treated by a man unless there is no woman who is skilled in medicine. If no such woman is found, and there is a fear of her perishing or experiencing unbearable pain, then it is permissible for a man to treat her by touching and looking at what is necessary from her body, provided there is no seclusion with him. When looking for treatment, the presence of a mahram or husband is considered, as is the absence of a healer of the same gender. Therefore, it is not permissible for a woman to be treated by a man if a female doctor who can fulfill the purpose is available.
