Is it permissible for a male gynecologist to deliver a Muslim woman, or for the pregnant woman's maternal uncle to deliver her?

It is not permissible for a male doctor to deliver a woman's baby unless there is no female doctor or midwife available, and there is fear of harm to her. In such cases of necessity, a male doctor who is a mahram (unmarriageable kin) should be prioritized over a non-mahram (stranger).
