What is the ruling on a wife going to a male doctor to treat "Al-Awrah Al-Mughallazhah" (the severe/major private parts) without her husband's approval, but with the knowledge of nurses who covered her body except for the site of pain, taking into consideration the husband's refusal for her to travel due to his absence, the severity of the pain, and a fatwa from an Egyptian scholar prohibiting this?

If a sick wife needs treatment and no female doctor is available, it is permissible for the wife to go to a male doctor, even if this necessitates uncovering the major 'awrah for treatment, provided that Islamic regulations are observed, such as avoiding seclusion (khalwa) and limiting exposure to what is strictly necessary.
