Is mixing olive oil with vegetable oil and selling it as olive oil with fava beans or chickpeas considered deception?

It is not permissible for a restaurant owner to mix olive oil with vegetable oil and then deceive the customer into believing it is pure olive oil, because that is a form of deception. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives is not of us." There is goodness and blessing in truthfulness, while deception brings sin and removes blessings.
