How can I surpass my brother in rank with Allah and in Paradise, knowing that he was the cause of my guidance, and will my brother receive the reward for every good deed I do because I was guided through him?

A Muslim with high aspirations asks Allah for more than he can imagine and wishes to follow the righteous predecessors. "And whoever guides to a good deed will have a reward like the one who performs it," and "Whoever introduces a good practice will have its reward and the reward of those who act upon it until the Day of Judgment." This demonstrates the elevated status of inviting to Allah. The meaning of "likeness" is that the guide receives a reward for it, and it is said that it is equal to it in quantity and multiplication. A Muslim must make up missed prayers, and make up Friday prayers as Dhuhr, and strive in making them up until he is reasonably certain that his obligation has been fulfilled, to the extent of his ability and without harming his body or livelihood.
