What is the ruling of the Shari'ah on a girl eloping with her fiancé to get married if her family refuses, especially after a revocable divorce and the existence of a relationship between them before consummation?

If the divorce is for a financial consideration (khul'), the husband cannot take his divorced wife back except with a new contract. Marriage without a guardian (wali) is invalid. It is not permissible for a woman to run away and marry without a guardian, even if the guardian is preventing her marriage (عاضلاً). Instead, she is permitted to refer the matter to the Sharia judge, who will either marry her off or order her guardian to do so. Honoring and being dutiful to parents is obligatory, and a father usually strives to choose a righteous husband for his daughter. The relationship with a non-mahram man must be severed; there should be no talking or messaging with him.
