Is it permissible to marry a girl whose mother refused her marriage to a young man whom the girl desires, knowing that the girl is righteous, and that through the law and according to the Sunnah of Allah and His Messenger?

If you are suitable for the girl and she consents to you, her guardian is not permitted to prevent her from marrying. The mother's approval is not a condition for the validity of the marriage contract, but it is recommended to seek her satisfaction. If the mother and guardian insist on refusal, the girl has the right to resort to the Sharia court for the judge to marry her. The judge then takes the place of the guardian whose guardianship has been forfeited by preventing the marriage. Marriage is not valid except with a guardian.
