Is it permissible for a girl to ask the judge to marry her to a man she has agreed to, but her mother has refused her marriage to him because he is already married, despite the father's approval?

A judge is not permitted to marry off a woman without her father's permission, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid," and his saying: "There is no marriage except with a guardian, and the ruler is the guardian of whoever has no guardian." Therefore, the judge is only a guardian for a woman who has no guardian. If the father permits the judge to marry her off, then the marriage is valid.
