Is it permissible to name someone "Ya Fard Ya Samad" even though "Al-Fard" is not one of Allah's Beautiful Names?

There is no authentic evidence proving that "Al-Fard" (the Unique/Solitary) is one of Allah's Beautiful Names, so it is impermissible to attribute this name to Him, because Allah's names are tawqifiyyah (revealed and not derived by human reasoning). However, it is permissible to supplicate with "Ya Fard" (O Unique/Solitary), because this falls under the category of informing about Allah with a description that is affirmed for Him. Allah is "Witr (Unique/Odd) who loves witr" (odd number), and the meaning of witr is fard (unique/solitary). The scope of informing about Allah is broader than the scope of His Names.
