Does the divorce, by which I swore to prevent my wife from communicating via WhatsApp for a week, take effect if the prevention was only for one of her numbers, while she remained able to communicate with me through another number that I own?

The entire matter is nothing but whispers (waswasa) and doubts that have no consequence. If doubt and hesitation occur between the whispers and the intention to divorce, then these doubts should be ignored, because the original state is the continuation of the marriage. Al-Majd Ibn Taymiyyah said: "If one doubts about divorce or its condition, then it is built upon the certainty of marriage." It is advised to refrain from asking questions related to divorce whispers, as excessive questioning in this manner opens the door to whispers and confuses the mind. So, seek help from Allah, do not despair, do not entertain these whispers, do not pay attention to them, and occupy your time with what benefits you in your religion and your worldly life.
