Does divorce take effect when the husband says, "You are divorced," while he was talking about another girl and her husband, and not about his wife?

Your husband's words do not constitute a divorce. You must turn away from these whisperings (waswas) due to their severe consequences, and seek Allah's help and supplicate frequently to be rid of them.
