Does the reward of one who performs good deeds get delayed or not, and is his reward in this world and the Hereafter, as per the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds"?

The true recompense for deeds will be in the Hereafter, as Allah Almighty said: "Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your full compensation on the Day of Resurrection." However, a servant may be recompensed for his deeds in this world. Whoever does righteous deeds, being a believer, "We will surely grant him a good life." And whoever fears Allah, "He will make for him ease in his affair." Allah has promised believers honor, victory, elevation, and empowerment on earth, and He defends them, is with them, and is their Protector. Believers are given glad tidings of succession, empowerment, and security. Muslim narrated that Allah does not wrong a believer regarding a good deed; He grants him for it in this world and recompenses him for it in the Hereafter, whereas the disbeliever is given for his good deeds in this world, and he will have no good deeds in the Hereafter.
