What is the ruling on channels that feature women for marriage?

It is not permissible to watch channels that display women with the intention of marriage, because this entails a great temptation, evil, and incitement of instincts by looking at what is displayed. Whoever desires to marry should seek a woman of religion and good character through lawful means, not a woman displayed like merchandise. A zealous man would disdain marrying such a woman; rather, he desires a chaste and modest one.
