The answer

If a person takes out an interest-bearing loan and buys a property with it, then the property becomes part of his estate upon his death, despite his sin of engaging in an usurious transaction. His wealth is lawful for the heirs. However, that which is inherently forbidden, like stolen goods, is not lawful for the heir. Whoever built a house with an interest-bearing loan must repent and seek forgiveness, and he is permitted to benefit from the house.
