What is the ruling on a sister buying half of her father's house with usury to pay off her father's usurious loan and for his heirs to avoid inheritance tax?

It is forbidden to borrow with interest to buy a house or anything else, and usury is not permissible except out of necessity. Housing is a need that can be met by renting, so it is not permissible to fall into usury for its sake. Muslims have unanimously agreed that stipulating an increase in a loan is usury, and every loan that stipulates an increase is forbidden without dispute. The Islamic Fiqh Academy has decided that the method of lending by real estate and housing banks with interest is forbidden by Sharia because it involves dealing with usury, and it does not permit buying a residential house with usurious loans, and that high rent is not an excuse. Those who deal with usury are threatened with war from Allah and His Messenger, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, the one who writes it, and its two witnesses.
