What is the authenticity of the statement that the first thing Allah created was the wind (air/gases), citing the Hadith of Abu Razin: "Allah was in a cloud, with air beneath Him and air above Him, then He created His Throne upon water"?

Scholars have stated that the first things Allah Almighty created were water and the Throne, then the Pen, then the heavens and the earth. There is a difference of opinion as to which of them was created first. Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn al-Qayyim preferred that the Throne was created first, while Badr al-Din al-Ayni preferred that water was created first. The proponents of the second opinion cited the hadith: "Indeed, water was created before the Throne," and his (peace be upon him) saying: "Everything was created from water." Some narrations indicate that water existed before the creation of the heavens and the earth, as it is mentioned in the hadith: "Allah existed, and there was nothing before Him, and His Throne was upon water, and He wrote everything in the Remembrance, then He created the heavens and the earth." As for the hadith of Abu Razin, in which it is mentioned: "He was in a cloud (ama'), with no air above it and no air below it, then He created His Throne upon water," Sheikh Al-Albani declared it weak.
