Is a Hady required for a child if they did not wear the Ihram garments completely, and is it permissible for my maternal uncle to sacrifice the Hady on my behalf at his own expense?

The sacrificial animal (hady) should not have been slaughtered; rather, what was obligatory was the fidyah (expiatory offering), which is fasting for three days, or feeding six needy persons, or slaughtering a sheep. There is a difference of opinion regarding its obligation: many jurists hold that nothing is incumbent upon a child if they intentionally wear sewn clothes, because their intentional act is considered an error. The Shafi'is, however, are of the view that their intentional act necessitates the fidyah, and this is a more cautious opinion. The fidyah is obligatory from the guardian's wealth, and if it was the woman who dressed the child in sewn clothes, then it is obligatory from her wealth. If the questioner's maternal uncle slaughtered the sheep with the intention of it being the fidyah obligatory upon her, then that is sufficient for her if it was with her permission.
