Is it permissible to supplicate with "O Allah, send armed police from Your angels to defend and protect me," or "O Allah, I ask You by the remembrance with which I remember You, and by every righteous deed You have accepted from me, that You supply me with armed [police] from Your angels who will ward off and defend [me]" in ruqyah and healing supplications? And has this been mentioned in the prescribed adhkar and ruqyah?

We have not come across a supplication with this wording in the reported remembrances and supplications. However, describing angels as being armed does not appear to be problematic, for they fought alongside the Prophet (peace be upon him) with their weapons, as evidenced by Gabriel's statement to the Prophet (peace be upon him) after the Battle of Al-Ahzab: "But the angels have not laid down their weapons, and this is my return now from pursuing the people… Indeed, Allah commands you to proceed to Banu Qurayza."
