Is it necessary for an unobservant woman to adhere to the four conditions of repentance when repenting from a specific sin?

Repentance is obligatory for every sinner, whether righteous or not. The one who repents from a single sin must fulfill the conditions of repentance: abandoning the sin immediately, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. If the sin involves the right of a created being, then it is obligatory to restore that right or seek forgiveness from them.
