Is the failure to seek help from the Qur’an and the Prophetic Hadiths when facing problems or in different situations considered weakness of faith, poor understanding of the Qur’an, or constant forgetfulness of it?

Connecting with the Book of Allah and the texts of revelation illuminates insight, loosens the tongue, and strengthens memory. Not recalling the texts of revelation might be due to a lack of review and contemplation, or weakness in faith, negligence in obedience, and committing sins. Sins weaken memory and deprive one of the light of knowledge. It is advised to fear Allah, renew repentance, and maintain obligatory and supererogatory prayers.
