Is it permissible for the wife to demand child support after she has waived it during the khulʿ, and must the father provide a dwelling for the children if the mother undertakes their maintenance, and what does maintenance include according to the Imams?

It is permissible for a man to divorce his wife through khul’ in exchange for the children's expenses. This includes their future expenses for housing and clothing if custom dictates so; otherwise, it must be explicitly stipulated. Accordingly, the woman has no right to demand the maintenance she waived in exchange for the khul’.
