Is staying overnight at her maternal uncle's house, or a girl changing her clothes in his house, or going out for a picnic with her mahrams, considered a violation of her honor, or does it contradict the saying of Allah Almighty: "And abide in your houses"?

There is no harm in you staying overnight at your uncle's house, and the claim that this is forbidden is incorrect. The hadith: "Any woman who takes off her clothes in other than her husband's house has torn the veil between her and Allah" does not indicate the prohibition of staying overnight.

The removal of clothes mentioned in the hadith means a woman exposing herself to a non-mahram man for sexual intercourse or its مقدمات (preliminaries).

There is no harm in going out to parks and for recreation if it adheres to Islamic guidelines. The verse: "And abide in your houses" (Quran 33:33) does not prevent a woman from going out if she needs to. The verse clarifies that it is preferable for a woman to remain in her home if there is no need for her to go out. Therefore, you can gently persuade your father to go out for recreation, while being careful to avoid places of temptation.
