ما هو تعريف القرآن؟

Linguistically, the Quran means "the collection," because it gathers and combines the surahs (chapters). Terminologically, it is the word of Allah, revealed to Muhammad (peace be upon him), for the purpose of demonstrating its miraculous nature through even one of its surahs, and whose recitation is considered an act of worship.
