What is the interpretation of the noble Hadith: "Whoever harms a Muslim, Allah will harm him; and whoever causes hardship to a Muslim, Allah will cause hardship to him," noting that harm comes from people and no harm comes to them from Allah in the present time?

The Hadith: "Whoever harms, Allah will harm him; and whoever makes things difficult, Allah will make things difficult for him" means that whoever harms or opposes a believer, Allah will requite him for his deed. The requital may be in this world or the Hereafter. The fundamental principle is that requital is in the Hereafter, but Allah may hasten whatever He wills of it in this world. For Allah is not oblivious to the wrongdoers, and He may postpone their punishment until a Day when eyes will stare fixedly. The oppressor may be afflicted with harm in his final days, even if he appears to be in good health today. And the supplication of the oppressed is answered, and Allah will grant him victory, even if after some time.
