The answer

Hacking websites and pages is forbidden because it infringes upon the rights of others, unless the owner of the website does not respect rights, such as warring disbelievers, or if the content is not religiously permissible, such as atheistic websites. Whoever hacks a page that is forbidden to hack is considered to be in the position of an usurper, and he must guarantee the page he has transgressed against. If it is impossible to reach the owner of the page, then the hacker must donate the value of that page on their behalf if it has a considerable legitimate religious value.
