Is stealing something virtual, such as a Facebook page, considered forbidden (haram), and is one who, with sincere intentions, attempts to return a virtual stolen item to its owner but is unable to do so, sinful?

Hacking and stealing other people's pages on "Facebook" and other platforms is a forbidden aggression in Islamic law, and its perpetrator is sinful. He must repent to Allah Almighty and seek absolution from the page owner by returning it to him or its value if it has a recognized monetary value according to Islamic law, unless the owner forgives him. If he cannot reach the owner, he should donate its value on their behalf.
