Is reciting Surat Ash-Shams and Surat Al-Layl seven times, and seeing the solution within seven days, something that can be relied upon? And is there any danger to the one who does it? And is there another way to see the solution to problems in a dream without straying from the [religious] nation (Ummah)?

"The book 'Al-Faraj ba'da al-Shiddah' (Relief After Hardship) should not be relied upon, as it belongs to literature and entertainment and is not considered a legitimate source. Reading Surat Ash-Shams and Al-Layl seven times for relief has no legitimate evidence to support it and is considered an additional impermissible innovation. There are authentic supplications (Du'a) and remembrances (Adhkar) in the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for relieving distress and hardships, among them the supplication of Yunus (Jonah), peace be upon him: 'There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.' Allah has promised believers salvation from grief if they supplicate with it. Turn to Allah with supplication and righteous deeds, and trust in Him alone, and do not occupy yourself with superstitions."
