What is the ruling on being named "Safiy al-Rahman" and "Jameel al-Rahman"?

There is no objection to being named "Barakatullah" (Blessing of Allah) and "Ata'ullah" (Gift of Allah), as there is no commendation or dispraise in them. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa permitting naming with names such as "Nasrullah" (Victory of Allah) and "Fadlullah" (Grace of Allah) and similar names, with the exception of "Ghurmullah" (Liability of Allah) due to its ambiguity.
