What is the ruling on being named "Safiy al-Rahman" and "Jameel al-Rahman"?

There is no objection to being named "Barakatullah" (Blessing of Allah) and "Ata'ullah" (Gift of Allah), as there is no commendation or dispraise in them. The Permanent Committee has issued a permitting naming with names such as "Nasrullah" (Victory of Allah) and "Fadlullah" (Grace of Allah) and similar names, with the exception of "Ghurmullah" (Liability of Allah) due to its ambiguity.
