Is it permissible to be named with names such as "Shamil al-Ihsan" (All-Encompassing Goodness) and "Diya al-Nahar" (Radiance of the Day)?

The fatwa mentioned the guidelines for forbidden and disliked names in Islam. The scholars did not address the ruling on naming with the two mentioned names, "Shamil al-Ihsan" (All-Encompassing Goodness) and "Diya' al-Nahar" (Radiance of the Day). However, it appears that one should not name with "Shamil al-Ihsan" due to the تزكية (self-praise/exaggerated praise) and exaggeration it contains. This is similar to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) changing the name "Barrah" to "Zaynab," saying: «Do not praise yourselves; Allah knows best who among you are righteous.» This description is fitting for Allah alone, for He is Al-Muhsin (The Bestower of Goodness), and He perfected everything He created. As for "Diya' al-Nahar," it is not free from exaggeration, and it is preferable to name with other names that are free from exaggeration.
