Is it permissible to be named with names such as "Shamil al-Ihsan" (All-Encompassing Goodness) and "Diya al-Nahar" (Radiance of the Day)?

This is similar to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) changing the name "Barrah" to "Zaynab," saying: «Do not praise yourselves; Allah knows best who among you are righteous.» This description is fitting for Allah alone, for He is Al-Muhsin (The Bestower of Goodness), and He perfected everything He created. As for "Diya' al-Nahar," it is not free from exaggeration, and it is preferable to name with other names that are free from exaggeration.
