Is one required to make up for (qada') or offer expiation (kaffara) and repentance for breaking the fast in Ramadan multiple times due to ignorance or forgetfulness, or due to not remembering reaching puberty, or through masturbation or sexual activity leading to ejaculation?

The day about which the questioner doubts whether she broke her fast before or after puberty, and the day about which she doubts whether it was invalidated, do not necessitate their make-up, because the original principle is the absence of prior obligation and the acquittal of responsibility. And doubt concerning an act of worship after its completion does not invalidate it.

Whoever eats forgetfully while fasting, their fast is valid and does not require make-up.

Regarding the day she drank while doubting the appearance of dawn: Scholars differed on the obligation of making it up, and the more cautious approach is to make it up. However, if the appearance of dawn was not clear to her, then her fast is valid.

The emission of semen due to conversation with a young man does not invalidate the fast according to many scholars, and therefore, does not necessitate make-up. However, the more cautious approach is to make it up. Expiation is not obligatory except for breaking the fast through intercourse.

The questioner is advised to be steadfast, to make sincere repentance, to associate with righteous people, and to seek religious knowledge. Allah accepts sincere repentance.
