Knowledge is vast and life is short. Therefore, the wise person should seek the essential knowledge they need, then move on to the easier communal obligations (furood al-kifayat). The science of Quranic recitations (Qira'at) is important and beneficial, but if it is difficult, then engage in seeking other easier sciences, such as Fiqh, Hadith, and Tafsir.
